Four months after her sissy bride ceremony, Sissy Mandy stood before me in my MtF makeover studio near Washington, DC, and sank into a slow, graceful curtsy. On her wedding day, she could not manage one. To understand what that curtsy meant, we go back to the day she became a sissy bride at Makeovers with Elizabeth Taylor.
On Day 2 of her three-day Total Immersion weekend, Mandy enjoyed a sissy bride fantasy feminization session with me in my dominant role as Madame Elizabeth. Before she arrived, I wrote three sissy bride mantras for her and ordered her to memorize them:
“My Sissy self lives within me. I embrace her fully, completely, and forever.”
“A good Sissy Bride is beautiful, obedient, and grateful. I am a good Sissy Bride.”
“I surrender to the woman who has always lived within me.”
By the end of the day, she had lived every one of them.
“A Good Sissy Bride Is Obedient”: Inspection and Sissy Corner Time
Mandy’s sissy bride day began with an inspection, and Madame has an eagle eye. Sissy Mandy knew that infractions earn corner time, and she came hoping to earn some. Her shave was clearly not up to standard. “That’s pathetic! You didn’t even attempt to shave your face today, Sissy! Get your razor!” First infraction.
“Now recite your sissy bride mantras for me.” She recited all three word for word, without hesitation.
“Well done,” I told her. “Now restate your mantras in your own words.”
She looked at me wide-eyed and stumbled. Second infraction.
“Curtsy for Madame.”
She tried, bending both knees microscopically. “That’s not a curtsy!” I exclaimed. Sissy Mandy complained that she physically could not do it.
“Then bow for me, Sissy.” That she could do.
“That’s three infractions. It’s corner time for you, Sissy Mandy. You will reflect on your mantras and what they mean to you.”
I led her into my photo studio and faced her into a blank white corner. This was exactly what she had hoped for. “Sissy Mandy needs to have her corner time to stay in line,” she said. “She secretly does hope for infractions, as it excites her to be punished.”
Alone with her mantras, she began to make them her own. “I had to study every word to know how to reframe them to hope for them to be acceptable for Madame Elizabeth,” she said. “This allowed me to begin the process of understanding how important every word was, and how they needed to become Sissy Mandy.”
“My Sissy Self Lives Within Me”: MtF Bridal Makeover and Wedding Processional
Corner time complete and shave updated, Sissy Mandy was ready to become a bride. Sissy Mandy wore a soft violet and navy robe and babydoll lingerie while I applied her bridal makeup. Then I dressed her in a white satin wedding gown from my studio wardrobe, with a boned, corseted bodice, long sleeves, an off-the-shoulder beaded lace neckline, and a short train. A long tulle veil, a pearl necklace, and pearl earrings finished the look.
“When I stepped into the wedding dress and was zipped up, I truly felt like I became my beautiful sissy self,” Mandy said. “The mantras that I learned truly enveloped me, and I became that beautiful, obedient, grateful woman.”
Every bride needs a song for her special day. Mandy chose “Barbie Girl” by Aqua, because Sissy and Madame both loved watching the Barbie movie. She told me one line in the song, about imagination making life your own creation, sums up her transformation perfectly.
With her veil lowered over her face and a bouquet of red roses and baby’s breath in hand, she walked her processional from my wardrobe room into the photo studio as the music played.
“I Surrender”: Sissy Bride Vows and Bridal Bondage
At the ceremony, I read her vows from the sissy bride marriage certificate line by line, and Mandy repeated each line after me, just as in a traditional wedding. They build on her third mantra:
“I surrender, willingly and with an open heart, to the woman who has always lived within me. I vow to honor her softness, to celebrate her beauty, to dress her with devotion, and to let her bloom in every moment she is given. She was never hidden — she was always the bride I was meant to become. Dressed in white at last, I meet her, I embrace her, and I promise her forever.”
With her vows spoken, we began her post-ceremony bridal photos. Sissy Mandy loves bondage, so I seated her in a chair and bound her over her gown: purple rope at the wrists, pink at the waist and arms, and teal at the ankles.
“Sissy Mandy loves her little sissy rope, and being encapsulated and helpless,” she said. “I felt so wonderful in such a feminine dress, expressing the side of Mandy that loves to be captured. I was so happy that I never wanted to leave that moment.”
After the ceremony, photos, and bondage were complete, Mandy signed her sissy bride certificate, and I signed as Madame Elizabeth, officiant and witness. The certificate declares that she married her eternal femininity. She took it home as a keepsake.
“Pretty Girls Take Care of Their Bodies”: From Bow to Curtsy
After she left my studio, the curtsy Mandy could not perform became her goal. A proper curtsy takes balance, leg strength, and knee stability, and Mandy was starting with no exercise program at all. The next evening, over dinner before the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, I taught Amanda the basics of healthier eating and aerobic training by rate of perceived exertion, using the talk test on a 1-to-5 scale. Then I gave her three sissy fitness mantras:

“Pretty girls take care of their bodies. I am taking care of mine. I am a pretty girl.”
“Every minute on this machine is a minute I am becoming more of her.”
“I do not stop when it is hard. I stop when Madame says I am done.”
The very next morning at her hotel gym, Mandy started her new fitness routine. Over several days, she tried a recumbent bike, then an elliptical, then a treadmill, and the treadmill won. She built longer routines as her endurance grew and added outdoor walks when she couldn’t get to a treadmill. Meanwhile, she practiced her curtsy. Four months later at her next fantasy feminization session, when Madame asked for a curtsy, Mandy sank into one, slowly and gracefully.
“I was so happy to make you proud, Madame,” she said. “I practiced this over the four months to hone it completely. This truly shone a new light in the soul of Sissy Mandy.”
I am so proud of her. Fitness is now part of how she honors her eternal femininity.
