I can’t do better than share Britney’s transgender makeover experience in her own words:

I can’t say enough how great my experience was! From my earliest childhood memories from over forty years ago, I have always wanted to be a girl/woman.

I remember when I was in third grade my mother took me shopping with her. I saw a dress that I liked and asked her if she would buy it for me. She made sure to tell me boys don’t wear dresses but did buy it so I could be a girl on Halloween. She got me dressed up for school’s Halloween party, and I felt so good to get the chance to be a girl. Of course I got made fun of by some students, but my teacher said I looked pretty. I wore the same outfit when I went trick-or-treating that night. I did get looks and comments from others, but I still felt pretty. I only lasted about an hour before my nerves kicked in, and I went home early. I never saw that dress again; I’m assuming my mother threw it out.

Over the years I’ve tried dressing and doing my own makeup many times. Many failed attempts. So finally, after over forty years of trying to hide my true self, I booked my appointment with Beth. All I can say is it was the greatest experience of my life! I finally was able to see ME! I saw Britney staring back for the first time and immediately fell in love!!! I choked up a couple times during my experience. I tried to play it off and hide it from Beth; I’m sure she saw. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing in the mirror!

I cannot thank Beth enough for everything she has done for me, she has a very special place in my heart. I cannot wait to visit her again. I hope I can have the same courage I had when I actually showed up at her doorstep to go out in a public space on my next makeover!
