DressTech Shapewear
For silicone hip and butt pads, I use DressTech in my studio. The short hip pads in size large are the most popular ones since they work with shorter dresses and skirts. The short hip pads can be held in place with tight underwear or a gaff plus tights. For more security for adventures out, a spandex short can be added. The long hip pads in large and big girl are great for photos. However, they are heavy so they move out of position more easily than the short hip pads. They must be held in place with a tight spandex short.
Gown and clothing Alterations
For clothing and gown alterations, I use Noemi’s Creations in Falls Church, Virginia. Noemi is by appointment only. She has been working with the transgender, crossdressing, and fetish communities for over a decade.

Breast forms from Amazon
Here are links to some starter breast forms, and you’ll get a more realistic look and feel than with your DIY-versions. I don’t advise trying to glue these on your body as the forms aren’t super tough like some. For this low price point, these are a steal.
