Melissa arrived decked out in daytime makeup and leather after spending the day strolling around Crystal City. We readily agreed to rock out to a Metallica playlist, kicking off with “Enter Sandman.” We updated her makeup to a dramatic smokey eye and MAC’s “Sin” colored lipstick for a nighttime vibe for heading to Freddie’s Beach Bar. In addition to standard studio shots with a gray background, Missy wanted some rocker chick pics against the brick wall. We looked up ideas online and one with blue side-lighting caught her eye. After some lighting experimentation, we captured the backstage look she was going for.

Hi everyone! I continue to be open for all services on my makeover menu including outings. Restaurants, bars, and clubs have started to reopen as COVID-19 restrictions continue to be lifted in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. Mask-wearing is now optional in Maryland including Montgomery County and is at the discretion of each business. I have been fully vaccinated and am not requiring clients to wear masks during our sessions except as required by other businesses on outings.
I hope to see you for a makeover, photoshoot, and outing soon at my studio in Takoma Park, MD.
Allison loves relaxing with a total makeover and an all-day photography session. She visited my new Takoma Park studio this summer, and we had a blast shooting in the yard, on the deck, and in the “girl cave.”
As a Navy veteran, Allison wanted some photos in tribute to her service as shown by her service dress blue jumper. After her patriotic photos, we went for a casual purple and blue dress that hit at the mid-thigh topped with a blue sweater. Then we did a few ballerina photos on the back deck followed by a glamorous look in a blue velvet dress on the deck and in our “girl cave.”
Puja loves pink! Here Puja wears a pink dress from Venus with MAC limited edition pink eyeshadows and raspberry lipstick. She chose sensible kitten heels to show off her bare legs. She finished off her look with gold-colored jewelry to complement her warm skin tones.
